ABOUT US:  Welcome to Troke Realty, Inc., where our mission is to provide "Professional Service with a Personal Touch".  We are proud to be a family-owned business, that has been actively involved in Florida real estate for three generations.  The Troke family has been residing in Gilchrist County since 1973, and Jean has been an active member of the Tri-County (Dixie, Gilchrist & Levy Co.'s) Board of Realtors for over 25 years, and began Troke Realty, Inc. in 1990.  Her husband, Jim, joined the Troke Team after his retirement from Florida Power Corporation in 1994.  Shortly thereafter (in 1996), their son, Paul, followed in their footsteps.

Our office also has two other salespersons, that have worked faithfully with us.  Barbara Mayo, of Bell, who has a Broker/Salesperson's license, started here with us since 2004.  She has listed & sold properties in all facets of real estate in this area (residential, land/acreage, riverfront, commercial).  Our other licensed agent is Ian Milloy from Levy County.  He has a strong working knowledge of the entire Tri-County area, both from his real estate endeavours & from the medical transport business he owns from Chiefland.
